JENNIFER HARMAN
Chief Financial Officer
As Treasurer & CFO for Gas Lift Gurus, Jennifer is a key partner to the leadership team, working across project management, marketing, and contractual needs. Jennifer leverages her vast, high-level financial and analytical background to provide comprehensive guidance and empower small businesses to grow. Her expertise was honed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where she rose to Section Manager, specializing in payment systems and budget analysis for the twelve Federal Reserve Districts. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Finance and is Founder of Harman Financial Consulting, LLC.
LARRY PEACOCK
Chief Technology Officer
Larry Peacock has over 25 years of experience in technology, consulting, and business experience in oilfield services specializing in artificial lift. He is a partner of AppSmiths which is the leading independent corporation in the oil and gas industry providing gas lift and artificial lift services and products. He has functioned as Project Manager, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, WinGLUE/Gas Lift Instructor, and WellTracer Analysis and has a prior background in farming and ranching in Texas. He attended the University of Houston and Texas Tech University.
LARRY LAFFERTY
Chief Executive Officer
Larry Lafferty has over 30 years of experience in software development for military and commercial applications. He holds an MS Degree in Software Engineering from the University of South Carolina. In 1999 he founded SoftPro Technologies, a software engineering company that has focused on application development for DARPA, an R&D agency within the US Department of Defense. SoftPro developed CommandLink, a collaborative planning tool, which is being in Special Operations. At IAC, Mr. Lafferty leads the technical development of realtime surveillance and monitoring software applications for the oil industry. He presently operates as CEO of SoftPro AI Technologies.
BURNEY WARING
Chief Operating Officer
With 35 years oil field experience, Burney Waring holds diverse technical and global leadership roles in Production Engineering with an emphasis on brownfield optimization and technical development of Production Engineering staff. Mr. Waring has provided expertise on six continents, designated “Principal Technical Expert”, and was one of top 150 engineers in Shell’s upstream operations (>30,000 staff). Mr. Waring retired in June 2010 to form WaringWorld, Inc. a consulting business for small, medium and large oil and gas companies world-wide.
NEIL DE GUZMÁN
Director
Neil de Guzman is the President and CEO of Intelligent Multi-Agent Robotic Corporation (IMARC) and IMARC Robotics, Inc. He has experience in the development of new business ventures for various industries, including the energy, photographic, paper and health care industries. He has worked for US and foreign companies to identify and exploit new markets. He established the required corporate structures, organizations and business plans for each new venture. For the energy industry, he founded Intelligent Inspections Corporation to develop autonomous robots for use inside producing wells. IIC worked in collaboration with BP, Statoil, Marathon, Baker Hughes, and Halliburton. He founded Intelligent Agent Corporation in 2004. He and IAC are the holders of a number of patents related to the application of intelligent agents in producing oil & gas wells and reservoirs. Mr. De Guzman has a BA from St. Lawrence University, Thunderbird, and an MBA from Columbia University.
